1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Polymarket Sniper Bot ("the Software," "the Service," or "we"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Software.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Polymarket Sniper Bot. Your continued use of the Software after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

Polymarket Sniper Bot is a market tracking tool designed for use with Polymarket.com prediction markets. The Software provides:

• Sniper Precision Engine: Real-time detection of high-value market opportunities across all Polymarket categories
• Automated sniper bot: Sub-second execution of trades when configurable market conditions are met
• Portfolio Management: Dashboard for monitoring trades, profits, and portfolio performance
• Risk Management Tools: Configurable limits on trade sizes, daily exposure, and stop-losses

The Software is a Windows desktop application that connects to your Polymarket account to scan markets, detect opportunities, and execute trades on your behalf based on your configured sniping parameters and market conditions.

3. Eligibility

To use Polymarket Sniper Bot, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
• Reside in a jurisdiction where participation in prediction markets is legal and not prohibited
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Have a valid Polymarket account in good standing
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding prediction markets and automated trading

By using the Software, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate accounts that violate these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Software, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of Polymarket Sniper Bot, you are responsible for:

• Your Trading Decisions: Although the Software automates trade execution, you are ultimately responsible for selecting which traders to copy and configuring your risk settings
• Account Security: Maintaining the security of your Polymarket account and API credentials
• Legal Compliance: Ensuring your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Fund Management: Managing your trading capital responsibly and only trading with funds you can afford to lose
• Tax Obligations: Reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your trading activities
• Monitoring: Regularly monitoring your account and trading activity

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Software, including but not limited to:

• Source code, algorithms, and software architecture
• User interface design and graphics
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
• Documentation and instructional materials
• The Sniper Precision methodology as implemented in the Software

are owned exclusively by Polymarket Sniper Bot or its licensors. Your use of the Software does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software or its components.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software to create competing products or services
• Sublicense, rent, or lease the Software to third parties

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided by the Software
• Warranties that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• Warranties regarding the performance of any traders identified by the Sniper Precision
• Warranties that the Software will generate profits or prevent losses

Past performance of traders identified by the Software is not indicative of future results. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• Polymarket Sniper Bot, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
• We shall not be liable for any losses arising from trading activities, including but not limited to:
  • Financial losses from copied trades
  • Losses due to market volatility
  • Losses due to software errors or downtime
  • Losses due to third-party platform issues

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Financial Risk Disclaimer

By using Polymarket Sniper Bot, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Prediction markets involve significant risk – You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Past performance is not indicative of future results – Successful traders may experience losses in the future
• Automated trading carries additional risks – Including technical failures, execution delays, and unexpected market conditions
• You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose – Never trade with money needed for essential expenses
• snipe execution does not guarantee profits – Even following successful traders can result in losses
• Market conditions can change rapidly – Historical patterns may not continue
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions – Including the selection of traders to follow

We strongly recommend that you:

• Consult with a qualified financial advisor before trading
• Start with amounts you can afford to lose while learning the platform
• Use the risk management features to protect your capital
• Regularly review and adjust your trading settings

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Software to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engage in market manipulation, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
• Interfere with or disrupt the Software or connected systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
• Use automated scripts or bots beyond the intended functionality
• Harvest or collect user data without authorization
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Software
• Use the Software in any jurisdiction where prediction markets are prohibited
• Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing activities

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

11. Termination

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the Software and contacting us to close your account. You remain responsible for any trades executed before termination.

Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of applicable fees
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Effect of Termination: Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Software is immediately revoked
• You must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software
• Any pending trades may be completed or cancelled at our discretion
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Software shall be resolved through:

• Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally
• Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• For material changes, we will provide notice through the Software or via email
• Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue using the Software.
